Femicidal Fears by Helene Meyers
Helene Meyers' book published

Associate Professor of English Helene Meyers' new book, Femicidal Fears: Narratives of the Female Gothic Experience has been published by the State University of New York Press. In it, Meyers examines contemporary femicidal plots in which women are killed or fear for their lives by authors such as Joyce Carol Oates, Margaret Atwood and Angela Carter.

Ms. Meyers was recently recognized with Southwestern University Teaching Awards for outstanding performance in the classroom. Helene Meyers, associate professor of English, won the award for a tenured professor.
