Planning to Host a Reception During Homecoming?
Is your student or academic organization considering hosting a reception during Homecoming and Reunion Weekend? Great idea! Don't forget to let the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations (OAPR) know. The OAPR can help market your reception to alumni and the campus community.

Generally, student or academic organization receptions are held the Saturday of every Homecoming from 4-5 p.m. If you would like your information printed in the Homecoming and Reunion Weekend program, e-mail the information below to the OAPR (alumni@southwestern.edu) by Wednesday, Sept. 10.

• Name of your organization.
• Location of your reception.
  NOTE: You will need to make these arrangements.
• Name, e-mail and phone number of contact person(s).

Please note: Submitting your information by the end of the 2008 Spring semester means the OAPR can be more flexible with your reception time! If you do not send the OAPR your information by Sept. 10, it will not be printed in the program. No exceptions.
