New Constitution and Bylaws

In Janaury 2005, 529 members of the Association of Southwestern University Alumni (former Southwestern University students with at least 24 credit hours) voted on the proposed Constitution & Bylaws.  The Constitution & Bylaws passed with 97.7% voting in favor.

Next Steps
A nominating committee will review nominations for Alumni Council membership and At-Large Delegates and submit a slate to the Implementation Steering Committee and Alumni Board of Directors.  Once the slate is approved, the new officers will begin planning the first Assembly meeting which is scheduled for Spring 2006.
